The 10 Best Bachelorette Party Destinations
Planning a bachelorette party can be super fun, but let’s face it – it’s also super stressful. With anywhere from 10-20 ladies traveling from all over the place to celebrate the bride-to-be, you want to make sure the destination you pick is fun, and easy, for everyone to have the best time possible. Which is why I wanted to make it easy on you guys and list out a ton of my favorite girls getaways that I’ve been to firsthand and KNOW make for perfect bachelorette party ideas – so you and your bride-to-be can find the most fun and best bachelorette destination for your group!!
There’s nowhere quite like Cabo for a bachelorette party. Sunshine, strong margaritas, all-inclusive hotels, delicious food, and a wild nightlife… Cabo has it all. And it’s affordable for you and your girls. Especially if you’re coming from the West Coast, a flight down to Cabo is only a couple hours (and usually direct), and villas and even all-inclusive hotels in the city can be really reasonable. Spend your days on the beach (and definitely hit up Mango Deck), and your nights at cute Mexican restaurants followed by dancing all night with your ladies at El Squid Roe.
Where to stay for a bachelorette party in Cabo:
Pueblo Bonito – This luxury all-inclusive hotel has, in my opinion, the best location in Cabo. It’s beautiful setting right on Medano Beach and beautiful white architecture that makes you wonder if you’re in Mexico or Greece, and makes for the perfect home base for a bachelorette party weekend. The pool is also a hot-bed of daytime activities like 2pm “Tequila Volleyball”.
Solmar Resort – If you’re looking for the best bang for your buck, Solmar is it. This all-inclusive is pretty affordable for a big group, and it’s everything you need in a bachelorette base in Cabo. The Mexican food is great, the beach is gorgeous, the pool is awesome, and the drinks are fab.
Villa Cielito – for a GORGEOUS private villa that fits your whole group in Cabo, this is your spot. Villa Cielito is a stunning villa perfect for groups in Cabo, and features a private pool, and seven bedrooms.
Charleston is just MADE for a girls getaway. With beaches, an adorable downtown, endless shopping, and an AMAZING food and nightlife scene, it’s hard to top this Southern gem for a bachelorette party weekend. Not to mention the fact that so many people outside of the Southeast have this little city on their bucket lists (Charleston HAS been ranked the #1 city in the US for 5 years running), but for whatever reason still haven’t visited it yet, which makes for an exciting new destination for you and your crew.

I love the chic rooftop at The Vendue, and all the modern, bougie vibes of Zero George. If you’d rather stay on the beach, and cab into downtown for the nights, I’d recommend renting a villa in Isle of Palms (like this one, or this one) or Sullivans Island (like this one, or this one). Both locations have some really beautiful homes with private pools just steps from the beach.
If you or your group of friends are looking for the best destination for a tame bachelorette party, Napa is an easy winner. Rent a villa in wine country, wine taste your days away in a private limo or bus and spend your nights cooking dinner and playing bachelorette party games together.
Where to stay in Napa Valley for a bachelorette party:
Consider renting a villa with a lot of bedrooms (there aren’t many large houses in wine country, but here’s one in Sonoma with 6 bedrooms and vineyard views) or a few hotel rooms at a hotel like Silverado Resort & Spa. or The Archer downtown.
The best wineries for groups in Napa:
Check out Castello di Amarosa, for sure. Berringer gives a great group tour, Turnbull is fabulous and Duckhorn has a great patio (reservations required).
Las Vegas, Nevada
I know what you may be thinking… Vegas bachelorette party, real original Christina! But the thing is, there’s a reason why so many bachelorettes choose to do their big bachelorette weekends in Vegas. It’s because Vegas is so. much. fun. Nowhere quite knows how to cater to bachelorettes like Vegas does, and with a big group of girls, you’re pretty much guaranteed free entrance into every hot nightclub on the strip. Bidding farewell to your single life in sin city means you’ll pool party all day (my favorite is Encore Beach Club), get glammed up, eat some fabulous meals, limo around the strip and dance the night away every night.

The Hamptons, NY
If chic brunches, beautiful beaches, and popping bottles at the Surf Lodge sound like your absolute bachelorette heaven, The Hamptons might just be y0ur perfect bachelorette party destination. You can spend your days soaking up the sun by the pool or on the beach, day partying in one of the beach clubs, or even go wine tasting for the day in the Hamptons at one of the nearby vineyards like Wolffer Estate or Channing Daughters.

Stay right in the heart of the island with the rest of Manhattan’s elite at the ultra-bougie Gurney’s Montauk, or rent a house that can fit all of you

If warm weather and a weekend spent not having to change out of your bikini sounds right up your alley – look no further than a bachelorette party weekend in South Beach. This isn’t necessarily the ideal destination for the budget-bachelorettes, because the thing about Miami is if you want to do it RIGHT, you’re going to want to splurge a bit. When it comes to finding the perfect hotel to base from for your epic Miami weekend, room rates are lowest in the summer (especially July and August), but chances are it will likely rain at some point in your day. If you’re able to, the ideal times in Miami are between November and April, but watch out for pricey weekends like Art Basel, Miami Music Week, and the South Beach Wine and Food Fest!

Palm Springs, California
Pool parties in the sun? Check. The best in shopping, dining and bar hopping? Check, check, check. Warm weather year round? CHECK. Once a quiet desert city, California’s Coachella Valley is now the place to be, and be seen. You can also do a day-trip to Joshua Tree National Park if that’s something your group is feeling for the weekend.
Where to stay in Palm Springs for a bachelorette party:
The Saguaro Palm Springs is affordable, fun, and always hopping. It’s pretty much the quintessential bachelorette party pad, and their pool is the picture-perfect spot to roll up in matching one-pieces and fun bachelorette party sarongs. More expensive is the eclectically-chic Parker Palm Springs, which makes for a perfect bachelorette party (or any girls weekend) base in the desert.
With warm weather year-round, a huge foodie scene, and world-class nightlife, it’s hard to beat Austin for a bachelorette party. Stay at the super-chic South Congress Hotel and spend your nights out and about on Rainey Street, or sipping martinis in the ultra-swanky lobby bar.
If your bachelorette party is taking place in the winter, it’s hard to beat a bougie mountain escape like Aspen. With an infamously great nightlife (check out Caribou Club, Whiskey Rush, or Belly Up), and an even better day-party scene (Cliquot-in-the-snow at Cloud 9 is a must, as is après ski at Ajax Tavern), Aspen is the perfect bachelorette party destination for the mountain-loving bride. You can spend your days skiing, or even if you love to ski but your whole crew doesn’t, you can rest assured there will be more than enough activities to keep everyone busy, from cozying by the fireplace, to soul cycle classes and shopping downtown.

Valle De Guadalupe, Mexico
If you’re looking for an off-the-beaten-path bachelorette party destination that no one you know has done, and you love wine, look no further than Mexican wine country – Valle De Guadalupe. Valle De Guadalupe is one of my destination obsessions of the moment, because it is AMAZING, and so undiscovered by most tourists. It’s like a Mexican version of Napa, and the wine is SO good. It’s also the cutest little area and would make for such a fun Mexican bachelorette adventure. AND it’s easy to get there from San Diego ( a couple hour road trip), so you could couple it with a night or two in SD, as well.
