I have always loved planning my own travel, so I have to admit for a loooong time I didn’t really understand why someone would use a travel agent to book their trips. Now, I can’t imagine why anyone travels without one.

When you book a hotel through my luxury travel agency, there is no added cost to you. You pay the same rate you’d see online (sometimes better than what you see online!), but with additional benefits that often include:

• Daily breakfast for two

How to book a hotel through me:

Shoot a quick email here with which hotel you had in mind and dates, and I’ll quickly send you the current rates, any offers or promotions, and room categories available, as well as any cancellation policies or things to be aware of for these rates. If you decide to move forward, I’ll send a secure online credit card form over for you to fill out (and once you’re a client, we can keep a card on file to make this super easy). And then we book and send you the official hotel confirmation to your email! I’ll then reach out to the hotel on your behalf with any preferences, special occasions you’ll be celebrating, anything at all you want them to know to make your stay extra special. 

Custom Itinerary Planning (When You Want Everything to Flow Perfectly)

Some trips need more than just the hotel. For honeymoons, milestone celebrations, international travel, or trips with children, I offer custom itinerary planning designed to remove research and decision fatigue and take this off of your plate.

This includes:

• Thoughtful pacing and expert logistics

• Hotel selection and booking

• Restaurant recommendations

• Experiences & tours & activities that are vetted and curated by our team and our local partners in the destination you choose

• A clear, cohesive plan that is tailored to you and your group’s travel style

You receive a beautiful, thoughtful day-by-day itinerary that reflects how you want to travel, not a frantic checklist in your phone notes

The price for a custom itinerary is $600, and covers all of the above, up to a 10 day trip (with options for longer itineraries, as well, of course!). As I mentioned before, just booking hotels is complimentary. 

For flight bookings, I work with a dedicated Air team who can take care of international bookings for an additional fee per person. They handle routing, timing, seat preferences, and provide support throughout the journey, which is especially helpful for complex or long-haul trips.
