15 Companies to Support this Small Business Saturday
For up-and-coming entrepreneurs, Small Business Saturday is not just another day of the Thanksgiving weekend – it is a day to celebrate their hard work every day of the year! It takes a lot of time, energy, perseverance, and a whole lot of bravery to start a business from scratch, which is why small business owners are always some of my favorite people.
Back in 2015, Kenny Flowers was created in Kenny’s grandma’s guest room in Bali. Over the years and despite all odds, Kenny worked to grow the business into an internationally-known luxury resort wear brand (you can read more about the origin story and how KF has grown here!). As you guys probably know, I joined that journey with Kenny back when I moved to Bali to pursue my dream of running Jetset Christina full-time and expanded Kenny Flowers into women’s swim and resort wear for all of you! From there, we’ve continued to grow into Kids, and Golf, and we know this is just the beginning for our small but growing family biz.
Both Kenny Flowers and Jetset Christina have been through trials and tribulations as businesses, and at times, we didn’t know if they would survive. Starting and running a small business is not for the faint of heart. But it is SO worth it. On Small Business Saturday, it is so important to Kenny and me that we not only celebrate our own small businesses, but that we celebrate you and yours. So, this year, I decided to feature some of your businesses here on the blog in hopes that you will gain more traction on Small Business Saturday!
