The Best Taylor Swift Eras Tour Instagram Captions for your Concert IG Post

I don’t know about you guys, but my Instagram and TikTok are FILLED with people posting about Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour!! Swifties have been waiting for another tour for years since the Lover tour was canceled. After three long years, Taylor is taking the country by storm!!!

So many people have talked about the production, the outfits, and the fact that Taylor sings for THREE. STRAIGHT. HOURS. If you are heading to the Eras Tour this year, you’re going to need a killer caption for the amazing photos you and your girls are going to get at the concert! Here are some of my favorite Taylor Swift concert instagram captions, separated by album so you can thrive in whichever era you’d like.

Debut

 

Taylor Swift’s debut album made her America’s sweetheart of country music! She was just 16 years old when she made her debut, and at any given time, you could find her with curly hair and cowgirl boots.

1. Asking God if He can play it again

If you love “Our Song,” this is the perfect caption for you!

2. When you think Taylor Swift, I hope you think of me

Taylor’s first-ever single was “Tim McGraw,” so this caption is super fitting. It’s definitely a throwback and a tribute to how far she has come!

3. I’m only me when I’m with you @taylorswift (or @ your girls!)

“I’m Only Me When I’m With You” is a lesser-known song on the debut album, so this one’s for the true Swifties!

Fearless

Fearless continued Taylor’s reign as the queen of country music, but in this album, she expanded in her songwriting and solidified herself as the queen of breakup songs, too.

1. I don’t know how it gets better than this

The perfect caption inspired by the song “Fearless” if you ask me!!

2. I had the best day with you today @taylorswift

“The Best Day” was a song that Taylor wrote for her mom, and it is the sweetest thing in the world. 

3. Today was a fairytale

This song was from the Valentine’s Day soundtrack, but Taylor includes it in her Fearless Era! Another perfect way to capture the feeling of the evening.

Speak Now

This era was all about saying what you mean and meaning what you say. In my opinion, the best part about the Speak Now album was the ballads that came from it — “Dear John,” “Haunted,” “Enchanted,” “Back to December,” I could go on and on!

1. I was enchanted to meet you

This one is especially perfect if you are lucky enough to actually meet Taylor!!!

2. This night was sparkling, don’t you let it go

Another great line from “Enchanted” that makes the perfect caption.

3. I had the time of my life with you

One song I don’t think gets the justice it deserves is “Long Live.” Taylor wrote this song as a tribute to her fans, so this caption just feels right!

4. I said “remember this moment” in the back of my mind

Yet another line from “Long Live.” Perfection.

5. The crowds in stands went wild

Can’t stop won’t stop with the “Long Live” inspired captions!!!

6. Long live all the magic we made

Okay, this is the last one… I promise! The song is just too perfect since Taylor is singing about performing for her fans!

7. I’m captivated by you baby like a firework show

“Sparks Fly” is an elite track on Speak Now, and I absolutely love this line!

Red

When Taylor put out the Red album, people started noticing some of the pop elements in her music. It wasn’t quite her transition album (that comes later with 1989), but it definitely has a different feel than her past albums! This is also when her red lipstick phase began, which is iconic.

1. It feels like the perfect night to dress up like hipsters and make fun of our exes

I love this caption if you get a group shot of you and your girlfriends!

2. I don’t know about you, but I’m feelin’ 22!

Perfect if you are actually 22, but also great no matter how old (or young) you are! Especially if “22” is your favorite Swiftie song.

3. It was the best night, never would forget how we moved

This is a lesser-known line from “Starlight,” but I think it’s ideal for a Taylor Swift concert because, trust me, you’ll be moving and grooving all night long!

4. I’m gonna remember it All Too Well

Oh. My. God. All Too Well (10 Minute Version) was my favorite thing to come from Taylor’s album remakes!!! It’s simply iconic. And the short film?! Don’t even get me started!!

5. We’re happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time

Another fab line from “22!”

1989

1989 was the album where Taylor officially transitioned genres from country to pop. This was a risky move, but the queen made it effortlessly!

1. We’ll never go out of style

Love this caption for a group shot! Flex those outfits, ladies!!

2. Living my wildest dreams

Snap a pic of you with the stage in the background for this one!

3. Darling, I’m a nightmare dressed like a daydream

Another great caption to show off your look!

4. The lights are so bright, but they never blind me

This is a line from “Welcome to New York!”

5. I could dance to this beat forevermore

And another one from “Welcome to New York” – this one would be soooooo cute if you got a pic of you dancing!

6. We’re too busy dancing to get knocked off our feet

Or this one!! This is a line from “New Romantics,” which is on the deluxe version of 1989.

Reputation

Biiiiiig reputation. Reputation was Taylor’s most risque album. It came out at a time when no one had physically seen Taylor for over a year because she had gotten into such a public feud with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian causing her to receive a lot of insane backlash online. It was definitely a tough time for Taylor, but in my humble opinion, she rose from the ashes like a phoenix and created her best album yet. I’m definitely a Reputation girly!!

1. Are you ready for it?

This is a line from “…Ready For It?” and how Taylor began her Reputation tour!

2. I was, in fact, not ready for it

And if you were not ready for it because it was just that good, here you go.

3. Baby let the games begin

Another one from “…Ready For It?”!! Loooooove.

4. Only bought this dress so you could take it off

If you’re wearing a dress and want to be a little risque with your caption, use this one!

5. Look what you made me do

One of my personal favorite songs. Ugh, she’s just so cool!

6. 1, 2, 3 — let’s go b*tch

Okay, only my truuuue Swifties will understand this one. When Taylor sings “Delicate” in concert, fans yell out “1, 2, 3 — let’s go b*tch!” right before the first verse. You can also say “1, 2, 3 — let’s go @taylorswift” or tag one of your friends if you want to keep it G-rated!

7. Hold on to the memories, they will hold on to you

Such a sweet line from “New Year’s Day.”

Lover

Lover was a much softer album in contrast to Reputation. As a fan, I remember listening to Lover for the first time and feeling so happy for Taylor because it seemed as though she had really healed from the trauma she experienced. If you are going all-out with pastels and heart-shaped jewelry, these captions are for you!

1. It’s been a long time coming

In case you haven’t heard, Taylor opens the Eras Tour with “Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince,” which is where this line comes from! Plus, we have been waiting foreverrrrr (okay, three years) for Taylor to tour again!

3. I promise that you’ll never find another like @taylorswift

You can also use the original line from “ME!” which is “I promise that you’ll never find another like me.”

4. We need to calm down

Perfect for the girlies who are just too dang excited for the concert to begin!!!

5. Eras Tour with my Lover

If you go to the Eras Tour with your significant other, this is such a cute caption!

Folklore

During the pandemic, Taylor came out with not one, but TWO albums, one of which was Folklore! This is more of a poetic, ethereal vibe.

1. You’ll find me on my tallest tiptoes

Looove this line from “Mirrorball.” Bonus points if you take a photo on your tiptoes!

2. Isn’t it just so pretty to think all along there was some invisible string tying you to me?

A line from “Invisible String” that I love! You can post a pic with your honey, your girls, or Taylor!

Evermore

The sister album to Folklore was Evermore, and on it were more of those lyrical, poetic songs that so many fans came to love! 

1. ’tis the damn season (for a Taylor Swift concert)

“’tis the damn season” is a song on the Evermore album, and let’s be honest – it’s always the damn season for a Taylor Swift concert!!!

2. @taylorswift wherever you stray, I follow

This line is from “willow!”

Midnights

Taylor’s newest album is Midnights, which is a total masterpiece! These songs are all about Taylor’s deepest fears, her innermost thoughts, and what keeps her up at night (hence the name of the album).

1. Meet me at midnight

I mean, come on!!!! This is the perfect caption for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. 

2. Best believe I’m still bejeweled

Where are my “Bejeweled” girlies?!

3. I can still make the whole place shimmer

Another great line from “Bejeweled” – perfect if you are wearing a sparkly outfit!

4. All of me changed like midnight rain

This concert is going to be life-changing, so this is a great caption to memorialize it.

5. Once upon a time the planets and the fates and all the stars aligned. @taylorswift and I ended up in the same room at the same time

Okay, this caption is a liiiiiittle long, but so cute! This line is from “Mastermind.”

6. That’s a real f*cking (or lasting) legacy

Totally up to you if you want to keep it PG or if you want to go full-on with the actual lyric, but either way, Taylor really does have an incredible legacy!! Btw, this is a line from “Maroon,” and in the original version, she does use the f-word, but she also has another radio version that replaces it with the f-word with “lasting!”

7. Survived the Great Wear (aka the worst failure in @ticketmaster history)

R.I.P. to the hours I spent in the Ticketmaster queue. 

8. I just wanna stay in that lavender haze

If you get a photo with purple smoke or confetti, you HAVE to caption it with this!!!

9. Make the friendship bracelets, take the moment and taste it

ICYMI, friendship bracelets are a thing amongst Swifties at concerts! If you choose to, you can make friendship bracelets to trade with people you meet at the concert. But either way, this is a line from “You’re on Your Own Kid,” so it works!

10. And by the way, I’m going out tonight

Love love love this one for mamas who are getting a night out on the town!

11. Lately I’ve been dressing for revenge

Such a killer line from “Vigilante Shit!”
