Rosewood Elite Travel Advisor: How to Book Rosewood With VIP Perks

Last updated November 6, 2026 Hi, I’m Christina! I’m a Rosewood Elite travel advisor with SmartFlyer, and Rosewood is one of the hotel brands I book most for my clients. When you book any Rosewood through me, your stay comes with daily breakfast, a room upgrade when one is available, and extra hotel perks, all at the hotel’s very best rate. It costs you nothing extra to book this way!!!!! I know, it feels too good to be true – but hotel bookings with me are always free for my clients (the hotels pay advisors, not you!) and they come with all kinds of benefits for you. Rosewood doesn’t have a points program, so Rosewood Elite is how you get VIP treatment at a Rosewood and how they start to really know you and treat you amazing. The only way in is through a Rosewood travel advisor whose agency belongs to the program (like me!). Here’s exactly how it works, which Rosewoods I’ve stayed at with my own family, and how to book yours. Request Rosewood rates with perks or book it yourself on my private portal (password: JETSETTERS). What’s the Rosewood Hotel Sale Happening right now: Rosewood Beyond. Rosewood’s once-a-year private sale is up to 30% off at participating hotels, and it’s only bookable through Rosewood Elite advisors. Book by November 10, 2026 for stays through June 30, 2027, and your Elite perks still apply on top. Send me your dates and I’ll check it for you!

What Is Rosewood Elite?

Rosewood Elite is Rosewood’s invitation-only program for a select group of top luxury travel agencies. SmartFlyer is one of them, so as a SmartFlyer advisor I can attach Elite benefits to your reservation at every Rosewood hotel and resort in the world. You still pay the hotel directly, the same way you would on rosewoodhotels.com. What changes is who’s behind your booking. Your reservation goes to the hotel’s Elite team with my name on it, and I’m the one following up on your room, your upgrade and every little request before you arrive.

What Perks Do You Get When You Book Rosewood With Me?

Booking Your Hotel With Free Jetset Perks

How to Book Rosewood with Perks

  • Daily breakfast for up to two people per bedroom
  • One-category room upgrade* on arrival, with upgrade priority over other booking programs (*if available at check in)
  • Hotel-specific extras at many Rosewoods (like a resort credit), plus VIP recognition and a promise you won’t be moved if the hotel is oversold
Check Rates + VIP Perks

There is no markup or fee to book hotels with me. Just extra perks for you, and the best rates and exclusive offers, always! You can also see live rates and book yourself on my portal. Password: JETSETTERS.

Every Rosewood adds its own extras on top of these. At Rosewood Mayakoba, for example, Elite guests currently get a $125 resort credit per stay. When I send you rates, I confirm the exact perks for your hotel and your dates so there are no surprises. Two more things I love about Rosewood Elite. The perks can be added to most of Rosewood’s own rates and offers, including advance purchase rates. And there’s no minimum stay, so even a one-night stay gets the full treatment.

Does It Cost More to Book Rosewood With a Travel Advisor?

No! You pay the same rate you’d see on Rosewood’s website for the same room and dates, and sometimes less when an Elite-only offer like Rosewood Beyond is running. There is no fee and no markup to book hotels with me, ever. You also pay the hotel with your own credit card, so you keep your card points.

How Booking Rosewood With Me Works

1. Tell me where and when. Send me the hotel (or just the destination, if you’re still deciding), your dates and who’s traveling. 2. I send you rates with your perks. I compare the rates and offers available for your dates and show you exactly which perks come with each one. Prefer to look on your own? Everything is live on my portal too (password: JETSETTERS). 3. You say yes and I book it. I send you a secure card authorization, lock in your room, and you pay the hotel directly. 4. I take care of the hotel before you arrive. I’m your direct line to the hotel team. I share your preferences, celebrations, connecting room requests and arrival time, so everything is set up before you land.

The Rosewoods I’ve Stayed At (and What I Tell My Clients)

I only recommend what I’d book for my own family, and these are the Rosewoods I know from the inside.

Rosewood Mayakoba, Riviera Maya, Mexico

We’ve stayed at Rosewood Mayakoba twice as a family, and it’s one of the most kid-friendly luxury resorts I’ve ever been to. The service is what MAKES this hotel. My favorite room for families is a beachfront suite, where you walk straight out onto the sand and have your own plunge pool. Don’t miss dinner at Agave Azul (Mexican-meets-sushi, and my favorite on property) or the fresh ceviche at Casa del Lago. Read my full Rosewood Mayakoba review, or see how it compares in Belmond Maroma vs. Rosewood Mayakoba.

Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, Los Cabos

Our oceanfront suite at Las Ventanas had a two-story terrace, and the lazy river pool was the perfect setup for our family every single day (my son and my husband did laps in matching swimsuits, of course). My honest take: the entry-level rooms here are nothing to write home about, so I steer clients toward the oceanfront suites and villas. That’s the kind of thing I’ll tell you before you book. Trying to decide between the two Mexico Rosewoods? Here’s my Rosewood Mayakoba vs. Las Ventanas al Paraíso comparison.

Rosewood Bermuda

Rosewood Bermuda has an old-school glamour to it, with a country-club-meets-beach-club feel. It reminded me of a Breakers of Bermuda, and the beach club is the best part. It’s a great balance of family-friendly and traditional luxury. More in my Bermuda guide. Mom in a sun hat sitting with her toddler on the beach at Rosewood Bermuda

Which Hotels Are Part of Rosewood Elite?

Every Rosewood hotel and resort participates. Here’s the current collection, and Rosewood opens new hotels often, so ask me about any Rosewood you don’t see here. Mexico: Rosewood Mayakoba, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, Rosewood Mandarina and Rosewood San Miguel de Allende. The Caribbean and Bermuda: Rosewood Baha Mar, Rosewood Little Dix Bay and Rosewood Bermuda. The United States and Canada: Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort in Hawaii; Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito; Rosewood Sand Hill; The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel in New York; Rosewood Washington, D.C.; Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas; Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe; Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver; and Rosewood Calistoga (opening soon). Europe: Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel in Paris; Rosewood London; The Chancery Rosewood in London; Rosewood Villa Magna in Madrid; Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany; Rosewood Amsterdam; Rosewood Munich; Rosewood Vienna; Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Austria; and Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin. Why Book Rosewood With Me?

I’ve been a luxury travel blogger for 13 years, and I’m a mom of two who has taken over 150 flights with my toddlers in tow. So when I recommend a room, I’m thinking about the walk to the beach and where the kids will nap, along with the view. I book Rosewood for honeymooners, families, girls’ trips and multigenerational groups, and I know these hotels from the inside. The difference between a good trip and a great one is how it feels. I love making the logistics seamless behind the scenes, so you get to be fully present with your loved ones and actually enjoy the trip you’ve been looking forward to. Booking through SmartFlyer also means my clients get VIP perks at hundreds of other luxury hotels around the world, including Four Seasons, Belmond and One&Only. New to working with an advisor? Here’s how it works to use a luxury travel agent.

What My Clients Say

“We’ve never felt so spoiled at a hotel! We went for our anniversary and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our butler was amazing, the property was absolutely beautiful, and every dinner felt special. I can’t believe you even remembered I hate cilantro. It was one of those vacations we’ll remember forever. Thank you for helping us plan!! And for encouraging us to GO!” Megan, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort
“The Rosewood is amazing. The service is incredible – they are so good with our kids. We are kicking ourselves for staying in Turks rather than doing the entire trip here. We’re already looking at when we can come back!” Matthew, Rosewood Little Dix Bay

Rosewood Elite FAQs

Can I book Rosewood Elite rates myself?

Yes! You can see live Rosewood Elite rates and book on my private booking portal (password: JETSETTERS). Or send me your dates and I’ll take care of everything for you.

Can you add Rosewood Elite perks to a reservation I already made?

Often, yes. If you booked directly with Rosewood, send me your confirmation number and I’ll see if we can move it over so your perks apply.

Is Rosewood Elite better than Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts?

For a Rosewood, I’d book Rosewood Elite. Rosewood gives Elite bookings upgrade priority over other programs, and many hotels add their own Elite extras. If you have a reason to use your Amex benefits, I’m happy to compare both for your dates.

How do I find a Rosewood travel advisor?

Look for an advisor whose agency is in the Rosewood Elite program (that’s the only way the perks get added) and who has actually stayed at the hotels. That’s me! Send me your dates and I’ll get started.

Do I keep my credit card points?

Yes. You pay the hotel directly with your own card, so you earn your card points and get your Rosewood Elite perks.

Is there a minimum stay?

No. Rosewood Elite perks apply even on a one-night stay.

Do you charge a fee to book Rosewood?

Never for hotel bookings. If you’d also like me to plan the rest of your trip (dinners, excursions, transfers), I offer custom itinerary planning as an optional add-on.

Ready to Book Your Rosewood?

Tell me the hotel and your dates, and I’ll send you rates with your Rosewood Elite perks attached. I can’t wait to help you plan it! Plan your Rosewood stay with me
