Where to Stay in Seminyak, Bali: Spotlight on Sahana Villas

With its hip hotels, cool cafes, swanky bars and boutique shops, Seminyak is a must-see in Bali. It’s like nextdoor Kuta’s cooler, more maturer older sister.  Spend a few days here and you’ll easily understand why this dynamic area is where most ex-pats choose to live when they come to Bali.

Located in the center of this trendy area, Sahana Villas are a quiet and tranquil oasis in the middle of the bustling hip town. The location is ideal and these 3 bedroom villas offer huge, air-conditioned master bedrooms, large outdoor showers, gorgeous indoor/outdoor living and dining rooms, impeccable gardens and private pools. It’s the first place I stayed in Bali and it could not have been more perfect. We wasted the days away at the pool sipping on coconuts and soaking in the Bali sunshine. It was so nice that it was hard to even leave the villa! But, when we did, we loved being so close to everything in Seminyak. A short walk away from the beach, a couple of blocks away from my favorite Mexican restaurant Motel Mexicola, and just across the street from my favorite bar, La Favela.

The Sahana Villas are modern, clean, spacious beautifully furnished and perfect for families. We also loved the staff and were so happy with the service there.

Another highlight? The delicious poolside breakfasts. Hello, heaven.
