The Best Wines You Can Have Shipped & Delivered – Jetset Christina’s Go-To Wines
A lot of you that follow on instagram know how much I love good wine, (life is wayyyyy too short to drink bad wine), and love to ask about my favorite wines. Here are some of the wines that you can usually find me drinking that I think you guys will love too.
So whether you want to organize a wine tasting virtually with your friends and family, or just sip on some good wine while binge-ing the best of Netflix, these wines below are the BEST partners in crime for whatever you want to get into. So grab your fancy wine glasses and let’s get to it!
How do you even get good wine online? Here are a couple ways you can get wine delivered:
Wine.com
Wine.com is my go to for finding most of my favorite bottles of wine and having them shipped. Because they have a warehouse in CA, shipping to California usually takes about 1 day sometimes 2 days, and is pretty fast anywhere else as well (but check on specifics for your state).
Delivery area: almost all 50 states
Use the code NEW2020 for $20 off $100!
The app Drizly
Founded in 2012, Drizly is the nation’s first and largest alcohol e-commerce marketplace, delivering on-demand beer, wine and spirits delivery to your doorstep.
Cost for delivery: Prices listed on Drizly are identical to in-store prices. There is a $5 delivery fee in most cities, which stays the same no matter how large the order.
Delivery area: Drizly is available in over 180 cities throughout North America. A full list can be found here.
Beverages & More
My favorite liquor and wine store from the west coast offers free delivery!
Delivery area: Ships to the following states: CA, AK, AZ, NE, NV, ND, NM, OR, DC, WA, and WY
Here are my favorite wines to order, and links to get them delivered to your couch, ASAP.
My all-time favorite wines
Table of Contents
CHARDONNAY
Rombauer Chardonnay
Rombauer, duh. You guys know this one is my go to oaky, buttery, super caramelly chardonnay. I love Rombauer, and highhhhhly recommend it. It’s $40 a bottle, but if you want a good buttery chardonnay at more like $22 a bottle, I also recommend Sonoma Cutrer.
AXR Chardonnay
$$
AXR’s chardonnay is one of my absolutely favorite chardonnays of all time. Vanilla, creme brulee, and a gorgeous complex, rounded, creamy texture, without being too in-your-face buttery. Their winemaker Jean Hoefliger makes INCREDIBLE wine, and this is my favorite.
Jordan Chardonnay
If you like a crisper chardonnay, my favorite is Jordan Winery (also one of my favorite wineries to taste in Healdsburg). I get a lot of hints of delicious ripe stone fruit, and I think it pairs perfectly with my Summer Grilled Salmon recipe!
Far Niente Chardonnay
$$$
If you like your chardonnay with a hint of oakiness, but not quite as buttery as a rombauer, with a crisp, balanced finish, you’ll love Far Niente’s chardonnay. It’s pricey – but a great splurge chardonnay. I also love tasting there if you’re planning a trip to Napa Valley for after all this chaos dies down!
Du Mol Chardonnay
$$$
This is like the maserati of chardonnays to me. It’s my favorite splurge – SO good, and still not as pricey as some Cabernets. So, I definitely treat myself to it occasionally. It’s my celebration chard!
PINOT NOIR
Flowers Winery Pinot Noir
$$
You guys I LOVE Flowers Winery (you’ve probably read about them in my Ultimate Guide to Sonoma). During the summer, I stock up on Flowers rosé, but their Sonoma Coast Pinot is my go-to for a smooth, velvety night-in wine. This beautiful pinot noir is full-bodied, dense and rich with tight tannins. It has delicate florals and red fruits that make it easy drinking, and it’s heavy enough to be a Cab lovers pinot.
En Route Pinot Noir
$$$
I’m an absolute sucker for a great pinot noir. Pinot is a great netflix-and-chill wine because pinots are smooth, drinkable, not as expensive (or as heavy) as cabernet sauvignons.
En Route’s $50-$80 pinot noirs may be on the expensive side of my wine collection, but every sip of this wine is sheer heaven. I like pairing them with anything and everything – something like my short rib taco recipe would be perfect!
Failla Pinot Noir
$$
Another favorite pinot of mine is Failla! Super smooth and velvety and very well balanced. Drinks well with almost anything.
Williams Selyem Pinot Noir
Wine Enthusiast ranks this BEAUTIFUL pinot at 97 points (!!) and it is so so good. Lots of blackberry and cherry, with a little dried herb and forest. A total cab lover’s pinot – but with a crispness like you’d expect from the Sonoma Coast.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
I pretty much love every California cab sauv, but here are some of my favorites lately.
Nickel & Nickel Cabernet Sauvignon
$$$$
If you need something a little heartier to get you through these weird times, and want a special, nice bottle of wine to open – look no further than Nickel & Nickel cabernet sauvignon, which has long been my favorite wine in Napa Valley, for it’s beautiful, smooth, elegant, single-vineyard wines that are unlike any other wine I’ve ever tasted. You can’t go wrong with any of their vineyards – but I love Quiksilver a lot.
At $115-$185, these elegant single-vineyard wines don’t come cheaply, but if you’re looking for a luxe .

Cakebread Benchland Select Cabernet Sauvignon
$$$$
95 points on Robert Parker!! Pricey but I absolutely love this Benchland Select Cakebread Cab Sauv for a special occasion wine. It is SOOOOO good. If you’re looking for a wine to blow you away with it’s perfect Napa Valley complexity. It’s velvety and has terrific, floral blue and black fruits, loads of spice, and tobacco, with a full body, tannins, and a great finish.
Justin Cabernet Sauvignon
$$
If you’re looking for a good Cab under $40, I love Justin’s Cab Sauv ($33 on Wine.com). This wine is from the Paso Robles region of California – which is famed for their inexpensive, but (arguably) just as good as Napa, cab sauvs. This one is dark ruby red with cherry, black currant, oak and spice notes, a medium body and a long fruity finish.
ZIN
McClean Zinfandel
$
This is the perfect on-the-couch quarantine wine. It’s fruity and spicy, and a great zinfandel – with 16% alcohol (so a great bang for your buck!) it’s only $25 but tastes like a much more expensive wine.. PLUS it’s on Bevmo’s 5 cent wine sale right now – so if you buy one bottle, the next is 5 cents! Huge win.
This is basically our quarantine ‘house wine’ at this point. K & I loooove the McClean zin.
Ridge
$$
I really like all of Ridge’s red wines, but this blend is a great deal for under $30. Cherry and raspberry meet sweet oak, and complex minerality and a long finish.
Blend: 72% Zinfandel, 14% Petite Sirah, 10% Carignane, 4% Mataro
ROSE
Whispering Angel Rosé
$
If you’re looking for a go-to rosé at under $20 on Wine.com, this is it. Perfect for summer and all the backyard barbecues you may or may not be having. Always one of my go-tos.
AXR Rosé
If you’re looking for something more unique and special, this is a GORGEOUS rose from one of the best wineries in Napa Valley. Fresh citrus and strawberries with a crisp finish make this a perfect summer wine.
SAUVIGNON BLANC
Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc
At only $22, I love this Sauvy B. It’s my go-to for a hotter day or beach cooler.
