The Ultimate List of Travel Essentials You Need to Jetset like a Boss

The best travel gear and accessories that help make travel easier, safer, and more fun.

I’m always asked for recommendations on gear and travel hacks to travel better (and more often), and these brilliant travel products below are my answer to making travel a lot less stressful and a lot more fun!

Here is the list of everything you need to pack, organize, and travel the world like a boss.

The ultimate travel essentials to fight jet lag:

Noise-cancelling headphones

I use Sony’s WH1000-XM3’s and I think they’re some of the best quality noise-cancelling headphones out there, and my LIFESAVER for surviving long flights. They completely cancel out noise (let’s say, a baby crying in the row next to you when you’re on a redeye), and also adjust to the level of noise-canceling to whatever you want, depending on where you are.  They last 30 hours one a single battery and a quick 15-minute charge will give you two and a half hours more of battery life.

A silk eye-mask

I never travel without my Slip silk eyemask, you guys! A good quality eye mask is my #1 recommendation when it comes to sleeping on planes and adjusting to new time zones. Slipsilk’s eyemasks are made from the softest silk that is anti-aging, anti-sleep-crease, and (most importantly) anti-jet-lag. What more could you ask for!?

Beis Seatback Organizer

How creative is this little leather organizer for your in-flight seatback to keep all your important things handy?!

A hat clip for your sun hats

As you guys know, I love to travel with all of my sun hats! This hat clip is an absolute GAME CHANGER – So genius.

A reusable water bottle

Travel dehydrates you, and, let’s face it, those tiny cups of water they give you on flights are just not enough. Travel with a reusable water bottle and fill it up after security in the airport to keep you hydrated throughout your travel day.

These running/walking/travel everyday sneaker shoe  – that are literally the best and comfiest in the world. Slip on so perfect for airport security, morning runs, ANYTHING and everything.

The ultimate travel essentials to stay organized:

Travel Jewelry Case

One of my favorite organizing hacks while traveling is always using a great travel jewelry case to keep my earrings, bracelets, necklaces and rings organized. I love this one made for travel from Mark & Graham because it has a ton of space and also comes monogrammed! Mine says “JETSET” 🙂

Packing Cubes

Another organizing hack I always recommend to people when it comes to packing light and organized on vacation is to always use packing cubes. It helps you fit a ton in your suitcase and keep you organized, especially if you’re going to more than one hotel on your trip.  My favorites from Amazon and are less than $20! And I LOVE these monogrammed ones.

I love GoToob’s patented soft silicone travel bottles for storing 3 oz of all of my liquids, like shampoo, conditioner, cleanser, toner, etc. Their silicone bottles have large openings, making them super easy to fill and to clean, and they’re even food safe!

My go-to black backpack is this gorgeous one – it’s such high quality and FILLED with details and organizational compartments that will keep you feeling super organized on every trip.

My other favorite travel backpack is this one from Mark & Graham. It is made from luxurious Italian leather and accented with a gorgeous bamboo handle – it fits my laptop perfectly and a ton of other things as well, making it perfect to travel around the world with. It’s even convertible into a tote, too, for when you don’t feel like carrying it on your back!

The ultimate travel essentials you need to have a good time

Who doesn’t like to bring (or take home) wine while traveling!? I’m always one to pack my favorite wines in my suitcase so I can enjoy them abroad, so Wineskin’s wine bottle holders are one of my absolute favorite things. They’ll keep your glass bottles safe so you won’t have any more nasty surprises and messy spills when you open your suitcase.

I live by this digital luggage scale to make sure all of my bags are under the limit. Having this little gadget on hand saves so much time, hassle, and money while traveling.
